PASSIVE, BUT NOT AGGRESSIVE

As usual, Wretchard finds parallels between the evolution of British society and their place in the world. In this case, it's a description of life as it is in the U.K., where it is suggested that you passively allow robbers, burglars and other criminals to do whatever they want to do. God forbid you defend yourself. Those who have usually spend more time in prison than those who were actually committing the crime.

With this sort of institutionalized passivity in their daily lives, it should be no surprise that their's is a society at risk of decline, if not already there.
